Handcrafted clay millefiori designs created by hand then inlaid, fired and then glued into vintage cabochons and settings from various defunct manufacturers. These gift and jewelry making facilities of the mid century are currently apartments or demolished into other retail buildings etc. I have visited many decrepit buildings and defunct factories. Currently, I find locations where the contents of these sites are combined to sort through. My resources since 1992 are New York, Providence RI, California, Tennessee, France (have yet to visit there however), Connecticut and hopefully my journey brings me to new locations! My clay work is durable, does not fade and is removed after firing to then reset with adhesive and glazed. Sometimes I find 5 pieces or 500 pieces, know that each piece you wear is limited, unique and vintage with modern clay.
